System Overview

Neogard Floor-Gard HD systems offer exceptional abrasion and chemical resistance, making them ideal for environments where maintaining a durable and sanitary environment is essential. Its low VOC is well below South Coast AQMD standards, and produces little odor. With a durability four times greater than standard interior topcoats, facilities can achieve a 75% reduction in lifecycle cost by extending repaint cycles and reducing the facilities out-of-service time.

Floor-Gard HD urethanes are available in gloss, semi-gloss, and satin finishes. Also, they are used in our Wall-Gard HD interior wall coating system, allowing applicators to use the same materials on walls and floors, creating a seamless barrier from floor to ceiling.

System topcoat has abrasion resistance twice that of any generic/typical topcoat utilizing aluminum oxide to protect integrity of system throughout its life.

May be applied over sound, high performance coating systems by sanding/abrading/patching and installation of intermediate and topcoats.

5 years plus with normal abuse and wear. System is sustainable by sand/reapplication of topcoats.
