Elastacryl BUR/MB uses Neogard 7251 and 7261 acrylic coatings; they are single component, water based, and elastomeric. Both 7251 and 7261 meet LEED performance requirements for low-slope roofing, and are approved by the Cool Roof Ratings Council (CRRC). They also meet VOC requirements for the South Coast AQMD.

Yes. All seams should be detailed with 70690 urethane mastic prior to coating.
A moisture analysis is not required, but is highly recommended prior to the start of work.

You do not have to be an approved applicator to purchase material and receive a Material Warranty. You must be a Certified Applicator to receive a Labor/Material Warranty.
