Perma-Gard III uses Neogard 7401 urethane to create a seamless waterproofing barrier. 7401 is easy to apply, and meets South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) VOC requirements. This system requires a protection course; refer to the system Guide Specification for more information.

Yes. The 7401 urethane can be thinned up to 10% using 08080 Hempel's Thinner (xylene).
