Peda-Gard FC TS uses our proven two-component FC7500/FC7960 and FC7510/FC7961 urethanes to provide a waterproofing barrier below thin-set tile. The 7992 sand aggregate gives the system a profile that grips the thinset mortar, ensuring the tile won’t move. The FC urethanes are low-odor, and can be used where low odor and low VOC are required.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Typically the coating needs to cure 24 hours before opening to pedestrian traffic. In cooler temperatures this time may be 36 hours.
It is best to water cure concrete or use a sodium silicate curing compound. The use of acrylic or other “film forming” compounds will create bond issues and must be removed.
The coating should be applied at temperatures that are 40°F/4°C and rising during application.
The coating should not be applied to deck surfaces that are =/> 100°F/38°C.
High-performance protection tested under the harshest environments. Peda-Gard FC TS was developed to endure intense pedestrian traffic while providing a seamless, durable protection against cracks and abrasion.
