System Overview

Neoflex elastomeric coating can be applied using rollers or spray equipment over concrete, EIFS, masonry, and stucco. It is available in smooth and textured grades, and can be tinted to match nearly any color. Neoflex provides seamless waterproofing performance combined with a beautiful appearance, and high performance for a reasonable total cost of ownership.

Is Neoflex breathable?

Yes, Neoflex has a high perm rating of 20 perms (ASTM D1653).

Is Neoflex flexible?

Yes, Neoflex has 300% elongation.

Can Neoflex be used to coat balcony soffits?

No. As an elastomeric coating, Neoflex should not be used on the underside of balconies.
