Complaint Process for Issues with a Coating Product, System or Service
NEOGARD continually strives to bring the best products and services to the construction industry. As a customer, if you have an outstanding issue regarding a NEOGARD coating product, system or service, contact your local Regional Manager to submit a complaint.
Please provide a detailed description of the complaint and include relevant information like the date work was done, substrate type and preparation, temperature, relative humidity, whether or not it was a new coating project or a recoat, etc. If samples are being submitted, send them to the following address:
